| - 2 - E.W. Hives Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd. continue running the Bentley, particularly as the guarantee expires next August, after which I cannot reasonably rely on any help from you in the event of further trouble. Very sadly, therefore, I am forced to the conclusion that I shall have to revert to a humbler type of vehicle. After longing for a Bentley for years, owning one has given me intense pleasure, and I have the consolation for what it is worth that for 4,000 miles I have motored as apparently only a rich man can. As the car will presumably be in good order when the repairs are finished, do you think that your Sales people could help me to dispose of it at a reasonable price. With kind regards, Yours sincerely, W. Martin-Hurst. | ||
