86153. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.4/MA. 8th May, 1935. Messrs.E.K.Cole, Ltd., Ekco Works, SOUTHEND-ON-SEA. For the attention of Mr.R.I.Cowley. Dear Sir, We find that the tuning dial on the car radio set installed in our new 40/50 Experimental Car is not calibrated to the latest wave lengths and also we note there is a nut missing which holds the lock switch into position. At the moment when the key is in the lock the whole thing is loose and from inspection it looks as if there is a nut missing at this point. We should be glad therefore if you will send us the correct tuning dial and also a nut to put this job into condition. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
