For attention of Mr. Robotham.

Dear Sirs,

May I enquire whether you have come to any conclusions in regard to the tread design of Silent type tyres, following our recent discussion and the submission of sample tyres.

You may possibly remember that when Mr. Fellowes and I visited you a few weeks ago, Mr. Northey had made certain experiments on one type, but not on the other, and we are just wondering whether there is yet anything definite upon which we can work.

Your further advice will be much appreciated.

Yours faithfully,
for DUNLOP RUBBER CO.LTD.,

W.B.Mdy.

Development Manager.
