I am sure that you should do your best to supply PN.{Mr Northey} with a car from the 21st inst. until the 7th Sept.

I think it would be very useful if you could arrange a car that has some need of running, that is to say,experimental parts on it, providing London do not see any objection to this.

It might be useful to use a 20HP with front wheel brakes, seeing that this is now announced to the public, and that we are still wanting more running on this type of car, because I believe the standardisation sheet is not completely signed, or at least the 10,000 miles on the latest front wheel brakes has not been completed.

Anyhow, I leave the selection to you, to do all possible to meet PN{Mr Northey}'s wishes.
