I was very pleased to see that the 'SpectreCodename for Phantom III' engine was not to be controlled by tax. I quite agree to the 3.250" bore, but I should like this engine and Bensport (J.1.) to be brought as near in line as possible, so that liners, valves, etc, can be interchangeable.
