X.4075 - COSHAWK ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

It will be remembered that on the wiring system between the distribution board and the switchbox, every wire is provided with numbered cuffs, and the terminals are similarly numbered.

Mr. Royce wishes this system extended over the whole of the chassis, so that every wire on the car has a number, and is provided with numbered cuffs and attached to terminals correspondingly numbered.

He also wishes a list to be made shewing every wire on the car with its number, its colour, and its length.

The wires are hence to be treated like any other piece on the car, and can be ordered up when replacements are required, cut to the correct length, and provided with terminals.

Referring to the terminals on the dynamo it is not possible to operate the one marked "B" with the ordinary screw driver as the screw head is tucked away too far underneath the induction pipe.

Mr. Royce would like the dynamo rotated a few degrees, until the satisfactory operation of this screw becomes possible.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
