a comparatively easy matter for positive plate disintegration to take place.

It would appear that these positive elements would have lasted longer if the flat surface of the threaded rubber separators had been placed against the positive plate, though I am not absolutely certain that this would be right chemically.

If any batteries are made up for us both ways might be tried, e.g. in alternate cells.
