DERBY.

WHS/Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}

Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. C.S. Steadman.

We would like to inform you that we are now in a better position to judge the future of our Heater and are pleased to state that there is every possibility that we shall go into production with the smaller design of "HaDees" Heater in the near future.

In the meantime, we have pleasure in enclosing print No.EX.X.10423 so that you can judge the comparison between the original and the revised model.

We are also pleased to inform you that with only a minor modification to the Heater we can so arrange it either to discharge air forward into the body of the car or backwards towards the bulkhead as in the case of your own design. Detailed drawings will be sent you in due course but it is, of course, understood that they will not be in production before the Autumn.

Yours faithfully,
For S. SMITH & SONS (MOTOR ACCESSORIES) LIMITED.

To avoid delay all envelopes should be addressed to the firm.
