W/S. To Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}/Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X5005 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG14. 9.28. RE. GAJ-53 - EX. TRIALS. X5005 x5950 The engine feet fitted to the above car have never been standardised: they were put on as an experiment when it was complained of as regards roughness. In our opinion the standard engine feet should be fitted to this car before it is sold. We believe the engine feet which originally belonged to this car were returned to London with the car so that they could be fitted at Cricklewood after Sales had tried the car with the experimental engine feet. We have now given up the idea of trying this car again and have made other arrangements. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
