IRON FOUNDRY.

Owing to the increase in our range of products and the large amount of Patterns necessary it has been decided to change the control in the Iron Foundry in order that Mr. Walker can devote more of his time to Pattern Making and problems in connection with same.

Mr. Walker will still act in an advisory capacity.

Mr. W.D. Knagg will be Metallurgist, and as such will be responsible for Material Composition, Cupalos, etc.

Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Vickers will be responsible for the Foundry Organisation, Staff, and Production.

This change is to take effect from Thursday the 19th. August, 1937.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
