Dear Mr. Whitehead,

We were very pleased to see your Representatives here on Saturday morning last and we were able to show them the work we are doing on the moulding of Bakelite.

We were also able to show them the E.575 Machine 1" longer actually on test as well as certain parts of our Factory devoted exclusively to the manufacture of electrical equipment.

I hope that they were quite satisfied with the result of their visit, but if Saturday morning was too short I shall be very pleased to show them further over the works any time they would like to make convenient.

Mr Clarke brought back with him a sample Fuse Holder which we have made specially in response to your letter of the 14th. inst. We offered certain criticisms on your sample with which Mr. Clarke largely agreed and he promised that he would obtain a ruling by our sample at the earliest possible moment.

I shall hope to hear from you shortly regarding the proposition I put before you recently in respect of future working arrangements between our firms. I very much appreciate the courtesy and consideration you have given to the whole matter.

Yours faithfully,

(signed) C.L. Breeden.
