By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/R.5.11.37. We note from accident report, No. 17 - Viscountess Scarsdale - that a mechanic had to spend three weeks in Rome because the customer objected to the car being brought home on three cylinders. We do not see how we are going to make a profit on motor-cars if customers are allowed to dictate money being squandered in this manner, and make the Company pay for their idiosyncrasies.
