I have just received a note from Mr. Elliott referring to the proposal to raise the radiator at some future date, and I notice it is necessary to alter the water outlet pipe. You will remember that we agreed to release radiators but it now appears desirable to hold it up because we cannot bring in the higher radiator until we have altered the design of the outlet and bottom tank. Mr. Day could perhaps get out schemes for this radiator at once in order to get experiments going as rapidly as possible.
