Wheel balance issues caused by tubes and requesting the matter be taken up with the makers.

| As this matter is important I shall be glad if you will take same up with the makers as if the tubes are always going to be out of balance the wheels themselves must be made out of balance to counteract this but of course the best thing would be for the makers to get the tubes properly balanced by fixing the valve at the joint.
