HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} (At Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence.) ORIGINAL SECRET. R7/M23.2.29. REC'D AT WW. 28.2.29. C to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} BY SS.{S. Smith} WHEELS. X7810 X5810 X3825 I definitely prefer the smaller wheels as 18-EX. There is a definite advantage in lower appearance and lower gear. You will remember the struggle I had with the 20HP. Dunlop's said the smaller wheels would so reduce the life. Our 20HP. wheels were much too large then compared with the 40/50. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
