-2- brush holders might be taken up. We have also made micrometer dimensions of Morganite brushes and find these to be equally as good if not a little better than the Le Carbone. With regard to the insulation of the pig-tail covering we think it might be taken up with the Le Carbone people whether these could not be protected with beads or better still with spiral fibre insulation as on the Morganite, if this would not be an infringement of the Morganite patent. In any case we think the insulating beads would be preferable to the present covering. Another point is that the pig-tails on the Le Carbone brushes are supplied too long for suitability, so that the correct length of these should be looked into by the D.O. R.F.C. | ||
