I) Rear Wheel Covers.

The new clips at the bottom front edge of the covers were difficult to operate, and exposed to road conditions. Pegs,in place of clips have now been fitted which seem more satisfactory and the shields have also been modified slightly to accomodate/7.00-16 tyres if required.
A sample tyre and wheel have been left so that the covers and also the spare wheel accomodation can be made to suit on the cars being built at present.

2) Lid{A. J. Lidsey} of Boot to open over top centre.

This is very satisfactory. Local stiffening for the panel under where the hinges are mounted has been called for.

3) Bonnet Clips.

These were refitted again but are not 100% satisfactory.
We are hoping that the central radiator mount which we are going to try may relieve the bonnet of the shake which wears the catches.

4) Headlamps.

Apart from dirt and moisture entering, they are not powerful enough for a fast car. Marchals are being approached regarding this.

5) Floor Isolation.

The front floor cross-member has now been raised off the cruciform in addition to the rear one dealt with last time.
