Dear Sir, WIRELESS SCREENING FILTER UNIT. With reference to telephone conversation with our Lieutenant-Colonel Fell this morning regarding the above, we have to state that the choke and condenser which forms this unit was forwarded to us by the War Office and was stated to have been used by them for other cars where wireless receiving sets were fitted. The value of the choke received was as follows:- Resistance .050 ohms. Inductance .0020 henries. The value of the condenser was 8 microfarads. With regard to the markings on these parts, the choke is unmarked. The condenser is stamped with the letters T.C.C. We understand that these parts can be purchased from Messrs. Ferranti, or Messrs. Dubilier. We trust that the above information will be sufficient to enable you to place contracts for these parts with suitable suppliers. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. L.F.R. Fell.
