Cadillac Car.

Replying to E.10/HP.3.11.34.

Attached is a report from Hancock which we have had, after taking the car over Belgian Pave roadson which 28-EX, the last 10,000 miles car, was highly unpleasant, to drive, suffered from severe steering shocks and bad rattles, also excessive wing movement.
