Upon receipt of yours Dal/CB15.4.21, I wrote the above people stating that the sample set of gaiters which they sent us some time previously had not been fitted to a car, so that if they liked to send along a set of the extra strong laces, we should be pleased to use them. Today we are in receipt of a letter from these people, apologising for their failure to reply earlier to our letter and stating that they have posted 1 dozen extra strong laces. They further state that they have now greatly improved their Lubricator Filler and, if the gaiters are still unfitted, they would be glad if we would return them and they will fit same with their new adaption. In your note Dal/CB15.4.21, you stated that the gaiters were in Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ' hands. Will Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} please reply to this note and say whether the gaiters can be returned for the purpose mentioned. When the laces arrive, they shall be handed to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} | ||
