Nightingale Road D E R B Y Date: 15 June 1918 For the attention of Mr. Hives Dear Sirs, Ref. MODEL SM PLUGS -------------------------- We are sending you herewith, 4 Model SM plugs. Two of these are fitted with bent-over central electrodes, and in the other two the centre copper pin is carried to the end of the plug and fitted with a nickel electrode at right angles to the axis of the pin. In both the types the copper pins may be readily removed by means of the grooved hexagon, but in replacing the pins care should be taken that they are not screwed up too tightly, otherwise there will be a liability to fracture the insulator. You will note that when the copper centre pin is removed the interior mica insulation can be readily cleaned. We are submitting these plugs to you as a | ||
