The above car is being repaired as the result of an accident. A few weeks ago, we dismantled the large capacity oil pump from this car and fitted it to chassis B.74.GA, Mr. Patrick LE BLAN. As the repairs to this chassis (B.48.BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}) will be completed in about a week's time, we shall need a replacement large capacity oil pump because this car is fitted with lead bronze bearings. Will you please let us know as soon as possible if you could manage to supply a large capacity oil pump complete with the necessary pipes. If you cannot possibly supply one, then we shall have to remove the one which we fitted to B.60.GA, Paris Trials Car. However, we want to avoid removing the oil pump from this car if possible. Should you be able to supply one, please send it to us by the quickest route and we will let you have our official order. VA.VH | ||
