Dear Robotham,

I am sorry to say that, although I have spoken to Lucas personally, whilst he would like to do anything to help, he feels it is quite hopeless for him to take on any more as he is overloaded everywhere already.

I enjoyed your visit very much, and I hope you will come and spend a night again when you are down this way.

Yours sincerely,

S B Wilks

W.A.Robotham Esq.,
