Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} 1310? Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}3/AP.29.12.37 We send you herewith Standardisation Sheet for the wide rim road wheels on P.III. It has become necessary to order road wheels for D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} series immediately. We therefore asked Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} if he would sign the sheet before the next Conference and he has done so. If you agree to these wheels and will sign the sheet we shall order the new type instead of having to order any more of the present type wheels. We are committed to Dunlops for over £200 of tools and material because we told them to be in readiness for the new wheels before the French Test about a year ago.
