Query regarding a discrepancy in the completion date marked on Standardisation Sheet No.P.12.

I thought that, when these were signed by Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and myself, the job was completed. For some reason on which I am not clear this has marked at the top 'Completed 25.1.38' and I should like to understand the real reason for this. I should have thought that the completion date was the 17th. My reason for querying it is that I do not know whether something else has been typed on it since it was signed. Sg. {Arthur F.
