SMTH

Dear Sirs,

We beg to acknowledge receipt of yours of the 4th inst. with many thanks.

The Solex Governor Carburettor is fully protected by patents, and if, after tests, you decide that you could incorporate our arrangements within your carburettors, we should be only too pleased to discuss the question of royalties.

We will certainly loan you a 46 m {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} /m. Vertical Governor 'Solex', and we propose to forward same in the course of a day or so. At present we have none in stock, but we have a number going through the works and due for completion at the end of this, or early next week.

When you start on your tests, would you very kindly permit us to send one of our staff to assist with the tests as we have had considerable experience in arriving at results, and could possibly save time in this direction.

Assuring you of every attention,

We are, Yours faithfully,
FOR
