It would certainly seem necessary that all such available information should be distributed regularly and that there should be no possibility of confusion between you, EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}, Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} etc. as to who is sending out this information and to whom it is to go. Under the circumstances I am not arranging for the distribution of the information in your memo. Have you sent a copy to PN{Mr Northey}? If not, it would be advisable to do so in the meantime.
