-2- in the case of a stored engine the old oil should be drained and replaced by fresh lubricant of mineral character. We feel sure we satisfied your people that it would be perfectly safe, perhaps indeed desirable to leave the engine filled with Motorine C, a lubricant containing a proportion of fatty oil. Perhaps the information we gave to Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/Sd9/MW has not yet been given effect to.
