Page 63 article on gear changing line 8. insert between words required — and, "without loss of time"
Page 64 article "To stop car broke" Strike out two bottom paragraphs.
Page 65 line 4 strike out from "then have recourse to" to "available emergency brake"
Paragraph 3 page 65 line 3 say "hand brake" instead of side brake.
Talk of the brake as "the foot brake" and "the hand brake"
Strike out paragraph 4 page 65.
Page 65 article "steering" paragraph 1 strike out par. 1. as this is exactly what should not be done as it will accentuate wobble. The wheel should be held as one would hold the handlebars of a bicycle, firmly but not rigidly
