Only the ball bearing in torque tube will be alright. I suggest several alterations with reference to brakes below. I don't think any definite time should be given for adjusting brakes. It all depends on how much and the manner in which they are used. I agree to paragraph suggested by Mr Royce but think the word "effective" at the end is not the correct word to use. Good or regular seem more to the point. On page 60, line 10 it says "two notches strong". This should be "right over to strong" On page 60 line 20 starting "in very cold &c" and finishing "drawn into the carburetter" should be struck out. Rather feeble and piffling. Page 62 article "economical running" line 2. says "engine should be run on magnets alone". Should this not be both ignitions. Write Mr Royce about this.
