I shall be glad, therefore, if you will take this matter up and try to obtain the original throttle, so that we may investigate what difference there is between the two designs, as at present I cannot let the cars go as they are and I am dismantling this flap on all cars for delivery until we have some definite cure.

I shall be glad if you will give this matter immediate attention, as I do not wish the delivery of the cars to be stopped, nor send them out wrong.
