Pistons for "Kestrel" Engine

I understand even now it is not possible to authorise manufacture of these in our own Alloy, i.e. RR-50, and we have no alternative but to continue with our present material, i.e. Y.Alloy.

We are concluding arrangements with Messrs. High Duty Alloys Ltd, Slough, accordingly, for the 60 "Kestrel" Engines just authorised by Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}
