X9410 To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to BY/HEB.{H. Biraben} SECRET. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}9/LG12.5.24. EAC.111. BRACKET FOR REAR END OF FRONT SPRINGS. We recommend that a special note is put on the drawing that the bolts holding this bracket to the frame must be a good fit and well tightened before the nuts are riveted. We have had cases in France of these bolts becoming slack. We have not had this trouble on the bump test after we have made sure that the bolts are properly tightened.
