Dear Sirs,

For attention of Mr. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} W. Hives.

We have no hesitation in stating that Castrol "R" can be used conjointly with high grade lubricating oils suitable for Rolls-Royce cars without deleterious effects. It must not be assumed, however, that a stable homogeneous mixture will result by so doing, although a molecular mixture can be obtained when the car is running which can be regarded as a safe lubricant.

We are,

Yours faithfully,

C. C. WAKEFIELD & CO., LIMITED.
E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} A.{Mr Adams} Evans.
