We have now carried out the comparative tests at high temperatures, referred to in our EFC1/T5.6.24. of the tall redmanol and stabalite encased coils. In order that we may make a report up-to-date, we are anxious to have results of further tests which we have asked you to make, i.e. comparative thrashing tests on cars. At the present moment you have three redmonal encased coils, TR{Capt. F. W. Turner - Finance}2 on 6-GII, TR{Capt. F. W. Turner - Finance}3 on 7-GII and TR{Capt. F. W. Turner - Finance}4 on 3-GII. You also have by you stabalite encased coil TS4. We have another stabalite encased coil in here, TS6, which will be available for your tests if desired. We hope you will now be able to carry out these thrashing tests and so enable us to make a first comprehensive report on the position. After which the coils can go on accumulating mileage as they have been doing to date. EFC. | ||
