Dear Mr. Robotham,

In reply to your letter of the 22nd instant, reference as above, concerning our charging for ser-vicing ZENITH carburetters when sent back owing to a customer's complaint, I am sure if there is the slightest suspicion that we are at fault, we would not dream of making a charge.

I expect that if a charge has been made, it has been for carrying out modifications at a price already agreed with you.

However, I will go through the charges next week, and write you fully, when I am sure you will find we have really never made a charge for servicing. In any case, we are only too happy to meet you in any way, and should I find there has been an over-charge, we will immediately
