Referring to the "Gentle take-up plungers" on this Clutch, the experimental department have found that considerable improvement is effected by slightly doming the tops of these as Sketch II, in place of the original flat topped ones as in Sketch I - Sk. I SK II .035. We shall be glad if you will instruct this alteration on production. Mr Coverley has made a punch and die for altering existing parts, which he will hand over to production for modifying all these in stock. The Piece/No. of the part is G.70591, and the radius of the doming is approx: 10" and the amount of this is as shown on Sketch II above. AJS. | ||
