Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}3/R.11.9.33. X5250 Re: Radiators. At the beginning of this year I instructed that 2 - 20/25 radiators of the standard shape with a loose shell should be made in the hope that we would be able to make something with greater durability and lasting properties than the Springfield radiator. 2 radiators were made by Sft.{Mr Swift} and handed over to the Experimental Dept. so that they could be fitted to cars for tests to be made. Will you please let me have a report on these two radiators, and say what you recommend ? Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Handwritten notes: Weight. STD. 89lbs. LOOSE SHELL 95lbs. Cost. £35-3-7 3706 miles on 19GIV since 31.5.33. Appearance of filler is slightly altered otherwise they look identical. | ||
