French Tests.

It seems to be a growing condition when experimental features are being fitted to a 15,000 miles test car, which has not been tested out in any shape or form. 6-B-IV has got a front axle made by the Girling Co. of their design.

It has had no tests. I have just received a memo. HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/FS.{F. Steele} relating to a pendulum lever, instructed by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer} which states no responsibility will be accepted if run at high speeds. Is it possible to have some ruling with regard to the safety of parts fitted?
