Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Sir, I have received your letter dated January 22nd, with reference to the diff. unit that we recently reworked. I am very sorry to learn that this unit is not quiet and we are certainly prepared to carry out any corrections that may be necessary at a date convenient to yourself. From enquiries made I learn that this unit was reworked in our Axle Section and that new diff. bearings were fitted and the crown and pinion drive reported to be O.K.
