Dear Sir,

I have received your letter dated January 22nd, with reference to the diff. unit that we recently reworked. I am very sorry to learn that this unit is not quiet and we are certainly prepared to carry out any corrections that may be necessary at a date convenient to yourself.

From enquiries made I learn that this unit was reworked in our Axle Section and that new diff. bearings were fitted and the crown and pinion drive reported to be O.K. However, you can rest assured that we will see your axle put in satisfactory condition.

Yours very truly,
VAUXHALL MOTORS LIMITED.

F.{Mr Friese} WRIGHT
Service Manager.
