Technical - re Tungsten Contact Points
----------

I am very sorry that I have not replied earlier to EFC1/AD.19.6.30. I have, however, had to put the matter to Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} and have only been able to get a final settlement this morning.

When cases of quick burning do arise, we will in future make a careful note of everything which has any bearing on it, and will let you have a full report.
