X3709 ROY{Sir Henry Royce}4/MG13.4.27 The Morgan Crossley Co., of Miles Platting, Manchester, have recently had further tests carried out with their Lining by the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington. Attached please find copies of Reports on same. I have told them our tests are proceeding; and they advise they will be only too pleased to come down again if there are any points we wish to discuss.
