RE. EXIDE BATTERIES.

We thank you for your memo' Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}3/MJ3.2.22, and note the Chlotide Co's remarks.

With regard to the 3 - 12 volt batteries and the 4 - 2 volt cells property of the Test Dept., we agree that the repairs and renewals should be carried out at the prices quoted, such charges to be debited to Order Number 725.

Respecting battery ex. chassis 6-LW, we note the makers propose charging us for new plates and separators. This is of course contrary to our expectations see memo' ref EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}16/02.12.21. Will D.L. kindly note the proposed charges and advise the customer accordingly.

Referring to battery ex. chassis 25-PP the same remarks apply as above and is again contrary to our expectations see memo ref. EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/CEP3/C15.12.21. Will BP. kindly note and advise the customer accordingly.
