WRAITH 111 and BENTLEY 111. REVISED OIL PIPE TO RELIEF VALVES.

Please receive herewith E.CD.549 Revised oil Pipe to Relief Valves - Wraith lll and Bentley lll.

This design has been produced as a result of a complaint by HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/RH.{R. Hollingworth} regarding the difficulty experienced in spannering the union nut on the relief valve, owing to the close proximity of the forward bonnet catch bracket. The screwed union has been replaced by an elbow, and calls for an alteration to the relief valve casing, the oil pipe is simpler than before owing to the deletion of a few of the bends.

It will be found to facilitate assembly or removal of the pipe when engine is in the chassis, to remove the filler cap on the front wheel suspension oil filler.

Will you please detail and instruct experimentally the required new parts with a view to adoption if proved satisfactory.
