FRONT AXLE.
It has now been agreed that this can be exactly the same as Per.2.

REAR AXLE.
This is the same as Per.2, with the exception of the use of 10 x 41 gears. The large brake drums N.sch.3571 should be used.

WHEELS & HUBS.
For the first two cars we are using R.W. Type Wheels, with 5.5" tyres on 18 ins. rims.

STARTING HANDLE & FRONT CROSSMEMBER.
These sections are shewn on N.sch. 3583.

CROSS STEERING TUBE.
This has been set out for the 14 ins. drums on N.sch.3578.

SIDE STEERING TUBE.
This was set out here on N.sch.3582, and was redrawn by BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} on F.B.95.

PETROL TANK.
This is exactly the same as Per.2.

BATTERY & BOX.
The battery and box are the same as Per.2, but with a modified rear bracket for the rear as the battery crossmember is further back. See D.sch.593.

FOURTH CROSSMEMBER.
This is shewn on N.sch. 3587.

FRONT APRON.
We are counting on your building up a front apron on the lines of that for Per.2. for this first car.
