Dear Mr. Pritchett,

On Mr. E.R. Hall's Bentley for the Ulster T.T. we have the old Exide Battery which was used last year. It has occurred to me that you would like to have a Dagenite battery in the race this year particularly as we are going to win, and if you care to send along as soon as possible a Standard Bentley battery specially inspected and charged I will see that it is fitted to the car.

This Race as you probably know, depends on the reliability of the battery as the starting handle is sealed and no magneto is fitted.

If you decide to send along a battery please address it for my attention to avoid delay.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
