Dear Mr. West,

Your letter of August 15th, addressed to Mr. Pritchett has been passed over to me for attention, and we will be only too happy to supply you with a battery for Mr. Hall's racing Bentley. I have issued a requisition on the Works for one of our '6.BHD9-S' batteries to be sent to you fully charged and complete with cover and holding-down bolts, and, as you suggest, we will take the precaution of giving this battery a special examination and test before it is despatched to you.

We will attach a tie-on label to the battery reading - 'For Mr. Hall's Bentley car: refer to Mr.H.E. West'.

I certainly hope that Mr. Hall will run away with the race this year - he certainly should do with your support behind him.

Yours faithfully,

PETO & RADFORD.
