has been completely signed by all officials.

it was afterwards held up because of improvements being incorporated in the design. When this matter was discussed some weeks ago, it was agreed that we should rush a Phantom car to France in order to get these parts standard -
R.{Sir Henry Royce} however insisted that the car should have the new engine parts fitted to it and it will be at the end of the year before we have any castings for the standard compression turbulent head which we shall fit to this car.

As both the radiator and the rear wheel carrier in its original form have run well over 10,000 miles, and as we have carried out special tests on the radiator to prove its efficiency, and carried out bumping tests on the rear wheel carrier which proves that the one we are proposing to standardise is definitely better than the one which has run without failure for 10,000 miles, we recommend that the new material is ordered for these parts.
