Dear Sirs,
We are in receipt of your letter of the 15th inst. relative to electrical breakdowns which you have experienced on our Model A15. 14 m/m sparking plugs. We have made a modification to the mica insulation to overcome this defect and the modified plugs will be known as A15/1., and we are arranging for your present and future requirements of this plug to be supplied in the new type.
