x4475. Charles. ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}10/KT.16.9.32. SPARKING PLUGS. With reference to ROY{Sir Henry Royce}/GEA.3/EB3.9.32. We cannot quite understand how you have connected our letter of the 18th ult. with standard P.II. plugs. Actually the new type of plug which has been standardised for the Phantom is the HD.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}3, which is 18 mm. There is no idea of standardising the 14 mm. plugs for either 20/25 HP. or 40/50 HP., at the present moment. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
